I started by building websites and experimenting with code. Over time, I became increasingly interested in what happens beyond the website — automation, AI, business processes, acquisition, and the systems connecting everything together.
Then I learned the lesson that now shapes all of my work: a website is only one part of a business system. So I started building the rest of it — lead management, AI-powered operations, automated follow-ups, dashboards, SaaS products — systems where the goal isn't to make something look good, but to make the business work better.
Today I design and build those systems end to end: from the public website that captures attention, to the AI that answers at 2am, to the automation that makes sure nothing slips.
Most of my best ideas start as: there has to be a better way.
Currently building something I'm probably overengineering.
